How to use the 30 day shred
There are three 20 minute workout videos:
- Level 1 (a gentle getting started routine)
- Level 2 (a moderate level, slightly more challenging)
- Level 3 (advanced)
Complete the three levels over 30 days – start with level 1 over the first 10 days, move onto level 2 for the next 10 days, before completing your final 10 days with level 3.
Don’t forget to take 1-2 rest days per week to allow your body to recover, and grow stronger. This is a very intense plan and you should consult with your doctor before you get started.
